About Zipplo

Zipplo is a UK-based online marketplace that connects customers with trusted, verified sellers. We handle secure payments, customer support and delivery coordination for every order placed on our site, giving you a safe and simple shopping experience.

Orders & Payment

All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. A contract is formed when your payment is confirmed and we accept your order. You will receive an order confirmation email after every successful purchase.

Returns & Cancellations

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. We also offer a free 30-day return policy on most items — see our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

Marketplace Sellers

Some products on Zipplo are listed by independent sellers who have been verified by our team. All payments are processed by Zipplo, and our support team handles any questions or issues with your order — whichever seller the item comes from.
